Mr. Georgios Bomporas was born in 1978 in Thessaloniki, where he grew up and completed his basic education. He holds a Master’s Degree in Management and Business Administration, as well as a Diploma in Sales Management.

He began his professional career in 2002 as an accountant. His next step was entering the sales sector through a company producing metal components for major clients. His career in the medical sector started in 2005 when he joined Menarini Hellas, the largest international Italian pharmaceutical company. Until 2017, he also worked for several other companies in Greece as a Sales Manager, always within the medical field.

In 2017, he decided to move to Belgrade and work as a Commercial Director for a Serbian company — the largest distributor of medical disposables in the Balkan region. Since 2020, he has been the Regional Director for the Balkan region at Wellcare doo. Wellcare is a Greek company expanded almost in all Balkans with history of 47 years and 300 employees, which is  dedicated in providing to hospitals ostomy program and surgical instruments.

Georgios’s main professional focus is on business sales, management, and development. His primary area of activity over the past 20 years has been the medical sector (including medicines, medical devices, disposables, food supplements, etc.). He is an expert and highly experienced executive in management, sales, strategy, and marketing. Georgios has participated in numerous courses and seminars focused on sales techniques and business strategy.

He has also served as President of the Volleyball Referees Association of Northern Greece. He speaks Greek, English, and Serbian. He is married and the father of two children, Mihalis and Petros.
